Case Presentation - How to Increase Your Caseload
Sometimes, dental treatment plans are presented to patients who do not have symptoms, making case acceptance more challenging. The objective of any case presentation appointment is to achieve treatment acceptance and for a commitment to begin. This is a critical time in which the patient will make the decision whether or not to begin treatment with an investment in their oral health.
This course will explore ways to effectively present proposed case treatment to patients.

At the end of this course, attendees should be able to:
■ Understand what a reasonable acceptance rate should be
■ Present treatment and demonstrate the path to moving forward
■ Procure financial arrangements at the time of booking a patient appointment(s)

This course is a live, interactive one-hour webinar. Questions will be answered, and 1 CEU may be earned.
