A Perfect Match: Shade Management for Thorough Communication
COURSE OVERVIEW
To prevent restoration remakes due to Value, Hue or Chroma issues, proper shade selection and communication between the dentist and the lab is a vital piece of the restorative process. Shade guide tabs being disinfected and used over a period of time will change color due to surface alteration. With limited chair time, standardized processes need to be employed to reduce shade taking mistakes. This course will cover new advancements in shade measurement techniques to help clinicians achieve successful patient outcomes.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of this course, attendees should be able to:
■ Understand the external influences of consistent shade results
■ Implement visual shade taking using scientific and objective tools
■ Use electronic shade taking to eliminate subjective and individual bias
■ Understand materials selection by treatment plan indication - prep to placement

This course is a live, interactive one-hour webinar. Questions will be answered, and 1 CEU may be earned.
